Dijon mustard<br \/> 4 Tbsp. Lawrys steak sauce<br \/> 120g Butter<br \/> Salt &amp; Pepper to taste<br \/> Some Alfalfa to garnish<\/p> <p>\u00a0<br \/> <strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/p> <p>Chopped Parsley<br \/> 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil<br \/> \u00bc lemon juice<br \/> Salt to taste<\/p>  <p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p> <ol> <li>Marinade the tenderloin with salt and pepper, then leave it aside.<\/li> <li>Put chopped parsley together with the rest of the sauce ingredients and mix well.<\/li> <li>Now, Pan fry the steak on each side on high heat till brown.<\/li> <li>Drown it in the steak sauce<\/li> <li>Pop it into the preheated oven of 180 Celsius for 12 minutes.<\/li> <li>Meanwhile, pan sear the scallops for 2.5 minutes on each side till cooked.<\/li> <li>Pan fry the Portobello on both sides till cooked.<\/li> <li>Remove the steak from the oven, pan fry it in the pan with butter again<\/li> <li>Place it on a plate with the scallop, Portobello and a swipe of Dijon mustard.<\/li> <li>It is ready to be served!<\/li> <\/ol> <p>Enjoy!<\/p>  <p><em>Simbian Chua<\/em><\/p> <p style=\"text-align: right\"><strong>Photo:<\/strong> Simbian Chua - Marie France Asia<\/p> <p style=\"text-align: right\">\u00a0<\/p> ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Looking for tips to make that perfect steak?
