'Well-balanced' is probably the best term to describe the 3rd day of Digital Fashion Week (DFW) 2013<\/a>, which took place at the National Design Centre in Singapore. Why? Because three Singapore labels brought us 3 very different collections showcasing their talents in different manners and aesthetics.<\/p>

From the laid back and basic collection from In Good Company, to Mae Pang's ultra cool vibe and L'ile Aux Ashby's bright and colourful prints - The designers have got it covered!<\/p>

Here are our reviews of the shows in a nutshell.<\/p>

Mae Pang<\/span> <\/h2>

\"mae-pang-6\"<\/span><\/a><\/p>

Having featured in W Korea, Italian Vogue, Surface Asia and Harper\u2019s BAZAAR Singapore, designer Mae Pang<\/a> is no stranger to International publicity. She has taken her collections on foreign ground (it was just showcased at Seoul Fashion Week) and is back to gain e-fame at DFW.<\/p>

Her collection offers plenty of lose fitting , fairly fluid pieces with the exception of a few evening dresses that employ transparency and closer cuts thus resulting less androgynous and more feminine than previously seen.<\/p>

And for the first time, Mae has incorporated prints in her designs, replacing the bold colour-blocking she has been known for, with something fresh and unexpected. We love her signature mesh layering and are swooning over those skirts which are perfect for day and night.<\/p>

In Good Company<\/strong><\/span> <\/h2>

\"in<\/span><\/a><\/p>

Sven Tan and Kane Tan are respectively the tailor mastermind and the skilful draper behind the In Good Company<\/a> label. They aim to offer fully functional wardrobes for daily wear.<\/p>

They present the most abundant overflow of clothing at Digital Fashion Week, in terms of outfits created and displayed on the runway. Although this third capsule collection doesn\u2019t have any edgy nor striking pieces, it covers enough clothing and wearable styles to replenish a wardrobe, including 5 pairs of matching outfits for little girls.<\/p>

And isn\u2019t this the purpose of having an e-Fashion event? Isn\u2019t it to offer pr\u00eat-a-porter at the power of a click? We\u2019re not expecting to find Haute Couture; at least, not yet.<\/p>

This is bull\u2019s eye on the target audience for In Good Company<\/strong>.<\/p>

L\u2019ILE AUX ASHBY<\/span> <\/h2>

\"rayson-tan\"<\/span><\/a><\/p>

The first full collection of L\u2019Ile aux Ashby<\/a> has left the imaginary 'Island of Ashby' and fought for some space on the runway. Rayson Tan, owner and designer for the brand, has a special meaning for his creations and has seen them modelled by an imaginary muse, Ashby, whose charm is all assertive, all colourful and not afraid of prints.<\/p>

Bags are embellished with flowers or printed, clothes are bold and packed with colourful prints. Models wore moulded acrylic rectangular hats, in what was indeed a creation coming out of the designer\u2019s own mind.<\/p>

The designer's signature bold prints were bigger and brighter but that's not all. The casual separates were full of edge, fun and functional - if you're not afraid of colours that is.\u00a0We love!<\/p>
