Fruits are not only delicious\u00a0but also extremely nutritious and rich in fibre. However, it\u2019s obvious that some fruits <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/on-my-plate\/healthy-eating\/7-detrimental-effects-of-sugar-on-the-body-158067.html\" target=\"_blank\">contain more sugar<\/a> than others, and these sugars can add up quickly, ultimately resulting in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/medical-news\/women-and-men-gain-weight-56593.html\" target=\"_blank\">cause of your weight gain<\/a> (and other health problems).<\/p> <p>We\u2019re not saying it\u2019s bad to eat that lovely slice of mango or that freshly peeled banana (although, yes, these fruits contain a significant amount of sugar). No matter how many calories fruit contain, they will most likely still provide <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/healthy-practices\/wellbeing-tips\/all-about-vitamins-194123.html\" target=\"_blank\">necessary vitamins<\/a> and minerals to your body. All we\u2019re saying is: moderation is key! But, of course, it would help to know which fruits out there contain the most sugars and calories.<\/p> <p>We\u2019ve rounded up a list of 10 fruits that could be contributing to your weight gain.
