Gorgeous sea view and gargantuan buffet: treat yourself with Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa’s Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch.

Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch

Vintage Peranakan tiles, bistrot chairs and marble tables: Sofitel Singapore Sentosa’s Kwee Zeen terrace perfectly blends French chic with local heritage, in a dreamy location overlooking the South China Sea. But if you prefer being closer to the aircon and to the action –read all-you-can-eat buffet– the indoor space won’t leave you disappointed with its light wooden floor, rich paneling and red snug seats welcoming you in the high-ceiling yet comfy atmosphere of the room.

With 16 different food ateliers – you read that right 16– there is definitely something for everyone at the Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Sunday brunch. From a ridiculously diverse seafood spread including different types of oysters –from New Zealand, France, Canada and Ireland– lobster, caviar, salmon roe, various types of crabs, sashimi and even weekly specials like a unique "coffee infused" salmon, you will definitely stock up on zinc and omega-3. If you’re not a fish person, then the French cuisine delicacies should please your palate: Foie gras station (yes!), traditional creamy potato gratin, 32 types of cheeses, cold cuts to go with the fancy homemade bread and well, we almost forgot the crêpe station!

Don’t see all the fuss about French cuisine? Don’t say it too loud: the Chef might not take it the right way. But you sure have plenty of options left: head to the Tandoor and Chinese corner for an Asian food fix with delicacies ranging from Indian Kebab to noodle stations and even the LIVE seafood station where you’ll be able to ask the Chef to prepare clams or prawns your way. Too full to move? Just grab some dim-sum from the flying butler.

There is also a salad and fruit bar if you are on a diet – what are you doing here, though?

For the sweet tooth, the dessert bar and in-house Chocolaterie will fulfill your wildest sweet cravings: chocolate fountain with marshmallows, refreshing ice cream with Smarties and fruit toppings, as well as truffles and pralines filled with unique flavours like durian, jackfruit or lychee-rose: once again east meets west at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa.

And the best part after all this magnificent food? You get to lay down and rest at the resort’s 33-metre pool: all brunch-goers are welcome to use Sofitel Singapore Sentosa’s pool until 7pm as well as their tickling fish spa. Now that's what we call a real getaway from the hustle and bustle of the exhausting city life! And since you’ll probably have to keep your kids busy during this day well spent, fret not, the resort is very kid-friendly. Indeed, they might not be into the Champagne Brunch Buffet but they will be amazed by the peacocks walking along Kwee Zeen terrace and have the best time splashing around in the pool or at the kids club.

Told you: this Champagne Brunch really will make your whole Sunday magnifique.
