From museum openings to music festivals, there is something for everyone to get up to this week.

National Gallery Singapore Opening Celebrations

Exciting things are happening in Singapore as we near the end of November. To start off, after 10 years, we finally have our own National Gallery. The former Supreme Court and city hall buildings have been revamped and reopened as the National Gallery Singapore. To celebrate the opening, the museum is holding a two-week long celebration with free events and activities for the public.

The gallery opening isn’t all that is going on in Singapore. Music festival Neon Lights will be making its debut this weekend with headliners like Flight Facilities and Damien Rice.

If you’re more of a shopaholic than a music junkie, there are five retail events happening this week including Social Market, Black Out Sale and Rilek Jack Night Market. Check out our gallery for full listings of the ten events happening in Singapore this week.

There's no time for staying home!
