With numerous cafes popping up in our little red dot, it is no wonder each has come up with ways to distinguish themselves from the other. Apart from making their decor Instagram-worthy, complete with cool signages, vintage furnitures and whimsical wallpapers, many have also started experimenting with their menus, even going as far as fusing savoury and sweet (think bacon ice cream) to come up with a signature dish in hopes of tantalizing diners.

While it’s refreshing to see the risks these cafes have taken, we can’t help but wonder if they actually work. Nonetheless, we've rounded up 10 quirky bites from cafes around the city for you to get started.
