Festive recipe: Raspberry & Ham Mantou

Serves 3 | Takes 10 minutes
Ingredients:
6 slices of ham
6 Mantous
½ Butterhead lettuce
Raspberry jam
Butter
Method:
1) Steam the Mantous (Chinese steamed buns) for 8 minutes.
2) Remove from steam and cover evenly with butter.
3) Place the lettuce with the ham in each Mantou.
4) Spread generous amount of raspberry jam. Enjoy!
