Mozarella Beef Dumplings

Instead of the usual pork and spring onions, go 'fusion' and make burger- inspired dumplings by following this easy recipe from our CHEF IN HEELS Simbian Chua.

Serves 2 | Takes 30 minutes

Ingredients:

10 Dumpling skin, round
100g Minced beef
Chopped onions
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp sesame oil

Method:

  1. Put the minced beef in a mixing bowl. Season it with sesame oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Now, put the shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped onions into the bowl.
  3. Mix well and roll them into 10 small balls.
  4. Put the ball right in the middle of the dumpling skin and start making folds.
  5. Remember to squeeze the folds tightly, so the filling doesn’t flow out.
  6. You may boil it in soup or pan fry them. Enjoy!
