Mozarella Beef Dumplings
mis à jour le 4 May 2019 à 12:35Instead of the usual pork and spring onions, go 'fusion' and make burger- inspired dumplings by following this easy recipe from our CHEF IN HEELS Simbian Chua.

Serves 2 | Takes 30 minutes
Ingredients:
10 Dumpling skin, round
100g Minced beef
Chopped onions
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp sesame oil
Method:
- Put the minced beef in a mixing bowl. Season it with sesame oil, salt and pepper.
- Now, put the shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped onions into the bowl.
- Mix well and roll them into 10 small balls.
- Put the ball right in the middle of the dumpling skin and start making folds.
- Remember to squeeze the folds tightly, so the filling doesn’t flow out.
- You may boil it in soup or pan fry them. Enjoy!
