Being solo is what binds the single girls during the holidays. You believe in being single, but it bothers those around you, especially those who are not. Keep reading to find out how you can enjoy flying solo, avoid the constant nagging from others and dodge those favours you might be cornered to do.

Happy people apparently have no history of their sadness. The adage applies only to couples. Singles, especially women, are looked on with suspicion (even leaving others squinting), because otherwise they would be in a relationship, right? The times pass, but the spinster image remains. Those who still fly solo over the age of 35 are labelled either neurotic, unattractive or a man-eater (perhaps even with corpses piled in their cellars).

SINGLE AND HAPPY!

Advice like, “for your own good”, may come to you from all sides. You could be one to work 22 hours a day (whenever possible) and even on vacation, you might chuck your attention towards him to the side. Or worse, you reserve him a measely bed space.
