The luxury tea boutique has introduced the TWG Tea Valentine's Day menu which promises a saccharine sweet start into the season of love.
The special starts you off with a sparkling white wine cocktail infused with its Fellow Me Tea, a blend of high-quality harvest green tea with delightful floral notes, pineapple and wild strawberry. Once your appetite is primed with the cocktail, tuck into the delicious pan-seared Boston Lobster and Hokkaido Scallops. Served with a sea urchin emulsion and sprinkled with Gyokuro Samurai tea leaves, accompanied by a squid ink emperor rice, wasabi glazed leeks and pickled beetroot, you can certainly expect a feast as visually alluring as it is tasty.
And is any celebration of love - whether of the romantic or platonic kind - ever complete with desserts to top it off? End your meal with a strawberry coulis and scoop of raspberry sorbet, accompanied with a beverage of your choice.
