We know Singapore is really hot but unless you're headed to the swimming pool or the beach, please button up your shirt, gents! We know you must have been doing some intense chest presses or sit-ups but baring your chest in public is a no-no.

You can wear navy, mustard or maroon denim but think twice before donning on white pants. Most of the time they look out of place.

It's irritating borderline frustrating to see men with unhemmed pants, ruffling from the thighs all the way down to the ankles. One way to solve that is by cuffing the ends and slipping into colourful socks! At times we hear in the passing men saying how difficult and expensive it is to be well-dressed. As daunting as it may sound, it is actually easy to appear well put-together and impress the girls.

It starts with hemming your pants that are too long they ruffle all around, or by cuffing them and donning on playfully colourful socks. It is also as simple as adding an outerwear — think preppy blazer or sporty bomber jacket — to your T-shirt as a final touch. On the flip side, it's best to avoid wearing white socks with dress pants, or unbuttoning your shirts all the way down on purpose. Believe us, a non-revealing dress shirt is sexier than baring your chest in public.
