Body care: Cream or oil?
Question from Solene,35: “I have dry skin and I’m not sure what is the ideal moisturizer to use. Do I need a cream or oil-based moisturizer?”

Does your skin feel tight? Then it is dehydrated. Pick a cream-based moisturizer to nourish the skin and r-ehydrate.
Does your skin itch and have a scaly appearance? Then it is dry or very dry. Pick an oil-based moisturizer to rebuild the moisture barrier and prevent the skin from becoming dehydrated.
