Why: Ever wanted to start an edible garden but don't know how and where to start? This would be the perfect chance for you to learn how! They will enlighten us on what herbs and vegetables are suitable for our climate, light and soil requirements, containers, pest control, and other topics unique to a home garden in a tropical, urban setting like Singapore. This workshop includes a hands-on portion where you can learn how to sow seeds and propagate stem cuttings and you'll be given an instructional handout for your reference. Also, you'll be able to take home your beautiful hands-on project!

The Sound of Music
When: 9 to 19 November, 1PM to 7PM

Where: Sands Theatre, Marina Bay Sands

Why: The Sound of Music is back again performing their famous tunes: My Favorite Things, Do-Re-Mi, Climb Ev'ry Mountain, Edelweiss, The Lonely Goatherd, Sixteen Going on Seventeen, and of course the glorious title song The Sound of Music. It's a musical that everyone of all ages can enjoy. A true classic.

Marine Fantastic by Wu Yanrong
When: 9 November to 17 December, 1:30AM to 8:30PM (Mon – Thu), 11AM – 8:30PM (Fri – Sun, PH)

Where: Scotts Square #03-11

Why: You might have seen her works with brands like SK Jewellery, Hermès, Uniqlo and Onitsuka. Now you can get up close and personal at Wu's gallery at the K+ Curatorial Space showcasing her wonderfully painted illustrations of crustaceans. She hopes to spark your love of the sea, and nature at large.
