Taming Failure: "Failing is a lever for success."
Pelaprat Stephanie, 31, founder of restopolitan.com explains how a failure helped her start over even better.
"I started my online table reservation service in 2007. Four years later, we were in bankruptcy. It was inconceivable for me to give up everything. So we took 48 hours to start fresh and radically change strategy. We have implemented a loyalty card to enjoy a meal offered for each reservation. The goal was to be profitable within three months: a successful bet!
We come back face to failure and our efforts increased tenfold in forces. What changed everything? Ask to put everything down flat and stand back. One step back, ten steps forward! Failing never gets fun, but it is not serious and it can even become a real lever for success."
