Breaded chicken with dips

Method

1. Slice the chicken breasts into strips.
2. In a bowl , whisk the egg with a pinch of salt . Pour the mixture onto a plate.
3. In a second plate, mix the flour, bread crumbs and pepper together.
4. Place the chicken pieces in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs
5. On a pan, heat oil, butter and place the chicken to cook over low heat for 5-8 minutes.

Cheese sauce:

- Wash and chop the chives.
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with salt, pepper and chives.
- Pour the sauce into ramekins to serve.
