If you’ve been watching the cult-classic Japanese food competition series, Iron Chef, you would have heard of the talented Chef Kobe.
The good news is, for Caffe B's 5th anniversary, the culinary team would be pairing up with him to come up with an exclusive dining special that you would certainly want to nosh on. Combining Chef Kobe’s speciality imaginative pasta that includes Japanese colour combinations and Caffe B’s signature dishes, we can expect only the best gastronomic trip at dinner.
Highlight dishes to look forward to: Black Squid Ink Tonnarelli with Sea Urchin and Eggplants in Cream Sauce, Filetto Argentino Flambe and the 63°C Black Hen Egg Nest (yes, perfectly poached at 63 degrees). Who's salivating already?
The Lunch Special will include appetizer, pasta, petit dessert for SGD35++ (5-6 March) while Dinner Special will include appetizer, pasta, main and dessert for SGD100++ (4-6 March).
