Feisty Kelly Osbourne makes an appearance at the 2015 Radio Disney Music Awards resplendent in blue and white polka dots and a loose black jacket. The former Fashion Police host was there to support her friend Zendaya.
In spite of the circumstances that lead to her departure from Fashion Police, we're happy to see that this Osbourne family girl has landed on her feet.
To get her rocker chic look, star with a clean and primed face. Brush on a light coat of mousse foundation for light but adequate coverage. The star is also fond of contouring, so apply the darker shades on the hollows and edges of tour face and the highlight where the light hits. The pink blush goes on the apples of your cheeks.
Next dab on purple shimmering eyeshadow on your lids and line your eyes with a pencil liner. Fill in your brows with a natural shade. Sweep volumising and legthening mascara on your lashes.
Complete the look with a light pink matte lipstick.
If you're daring enough, go the whole hog with lilac locks.
