The Great Illusion: 3 Nude makeup looks to try at home
mis à jour le 4 May 2019 à 09:35Max Herlant, Makeup Consultant at Yves Rocher, explains three nude makeup looks…to look flawlessly un-made up!

Look 1: Runway Lights
Balmain opts for the super natural look, an absolute must this season.
Complexion
The secret: a pearly base for radiance, mixed with a base of very light foundation with a matte finish, achieved with a little light compact powder.
Eyes
Brush on a subtle grey eyeshadow and a little brown or black mascara on the upper lashes. Use a pearly pencil inside the eye to soften the look.
Lips
Apply a pink lip balm to the lips with the surface of the finger to obtain a light “just-been-kissed” look.
Look 2: Healthy and Bronzed
The gorgeous Brazilian, Gisele, has mastered the art of achieving that just-back-from-holiday look of sun-kissed perfection.
Complexion
Over a light foundation, apply bi-colour bronzer: Matte on the cheeks, forehead, nose and chin; iridescence on the cheekbones, and just a touch on the forehead, nose and chin.
Eyes
Blend in a purple-brown eyeshadow on the outer corner of the eyelid, then dust a little along the lower lash line. Apply a black pencil along the lash, pearly white inside, and put on some mascara.
Lips
Dab a touch of purple-brown on the lips and blend in with a very light gloss.
Look 3: All-Natural
Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet embodies natural beauty with this lightweight makeup.
Complexion
Hide dark circles and redness with touches of an illuminator pen before or after applying foundation. Mattify with a powder. Finish with a bit of pink blush over the cheekbones.
Eyes
Only the eyelashes should be made up. For a more intense look, apply some semi-iridescent beige eyeshadow.
Lips
They are worked with a pink lipstick mixed with a gloss, enhanced with a hint of white eyeshadow on the Cupid’s bow.
