Bourjois launches a handy kit to make the perfect two-colour gradient manicure. We tried it and here is our verdict...

12 mini sponges adapted to the size of nails for 12 manicures. Ideal.

On my own nails, I apply a base and then two coats of Ciel mon vernis nail polish. Up to this point, it is a regular manicure.

Then I apply Success Azure, the blue varnish, on the edge of a small sponge. I sponge off the excess with a tissue. Nothing too tricky about this.

I lightly dab the sponge on my nails from the tips towards the middle. Easy.

The gradient is slowly created as I continue buffing. It is better to go slow, repeating the gesture several times, for more accurate application. Subtle.
