It’s that one day in the year when you can cry if you want to. I’d rather opt to shop if I want to. Most of the time I aim to be a savvy consumer but on the “old day of birth”, I allow myself to splash out guilt free! It just so happens to be my birthday this week which makes it the perfect time to dish out my wish list! Half these things I don’t expect to get, but it’s more like a catalog of things I would ask the retail 'Fairy Godmother' for if she was in a giving mood.
Other than that, I look forward to some cheesecake and a glass of wine. Getting old should be fun after all!
