Yet again, Singapore is gearing up for another round of fun events - don't miss out on some groovy live acts and intriguing workshops this week.

The Wanderer’s Market

World Music Day 2016 may have come and gone, but it is clear that this tiny island hasn't had enough of soulful tunes and aural sensations. Hit the Esplanade Outdoor Theatre this Sunday to watch a fabulous live jazz performance by Thomson Big Band - there's no better way to experience swinging beats and feet-tapping sounds than by the Singapore River on a balmy evening, with the lights of the city twinkling in the background. For those willing to surround themselves with a louder crowd, head to Blu Jazz Cafe along Bali Lane on Friday to immerse yourself in the hip hop, R&B and Reggaeton world of the 2000s.

Keen to check out the shopping scene? Wanderlust Hotel is hosting a market that'll give you and your friends the chance to discover some artisanal goods and get to know independent designers. If you're a bookworm and would love to grab a bargain, you can also head over to the National Design Centre to catch the Mega Book Sale - you'll find nothing over $30!

Head up to the gallery to check out the full programme of events that we've picked out just for you.
