From Seattle With Love: Humpback opens in Singapore
mis à jour le 3 May 2019 à 22:52Dig in to a dizzying array of fresh seafood at the Seattle-style restaurant tucked away in Bukit Pasoh Road.

Being an island nation, seafood is as much a fixture on the local menu as chicken or pork and Singaporeans are willing to travel far and wide in search of the perfect plate.
Thankfully, hungry pescetarians won’t have to cross oceans for a seafood meal as Humpback, a breezy Seattle-style restaurant serving up only the freshest seafood has arrived in Singapore, staking out a spot at Bukit Pasoh Road.
Humpback (as in the whale) is not your average fish ‘n’ chip shop. Merging oyster bar and cocktail bar altogether, the 40-seater F&B outlet owned by the acclaimed Jigger & Pony is the new go-to place for affordable small plate servings, light colours, high tables, vibrant music and of course the freshest finds of the sea.
For those who like to get down and dirty, Humpback has the largest selection of crisp oysters flown in from the fresh glacial waters of the Pacific Northwest. If you’re a fan of the slurpy bivalves, Humpback is where the action’s at. In addition to oysters, you’ll also find mussels, rainbow trout, Hamachi ceviche and black cod on the menu, all of which can be washed down with a selection of wines and spirit cocktails.
So who's in the mood for some seafood on humpday?
