As we gear up to catch more acts in tonight's semi final show of the very first Asia's Got Talent, we spoke to Singaporean semi finalist, Fathin Amira to learn what other talents she has up her sleeves.
As we gear up to catch the second Semi Finals of Asia's Got Talent, we took the opportunity to speak with Singaporean contestant, Fathin Amira on her journey so far. Now, while she's petite in size, the 23 year-old singer is no doubt one talented force to be reckoned with, especially judging by her incredibly strong vocals and laudable command of the stage.
Having started off as a wedding singer with her family band, Fathin perhaps always knew that she had a knack for singing, which is why she has appeared on a slew of other singing competitions like Singapore Idol, The Final 1 and SG Mania - consistently make it to the top few. Now at Asia's Got Talent, she blew the judges away with her rendition of Jessie J's Mamma Knows Best, that earned her four nods of approval and put her straight through to the semi finals.
So while we can't wait to see what song the seasoned singer will be belting out tonight, we sat down with her at So Sofitel Singapore to learn more about her other secret talents, favourite judge at Asia's Got Talent and the challenges of being a singer in Singapore.
