Check out our favourite looks from days 7 and 8 of the Cannes film festival. Expect to see a lot of black and white this time!

It's hard to miss the lovely Bollywood actress when she looks this dashing in a red Oscar de la Renta gown. We love the layer detailing on the frock!

Aishwarya looked even more gorgeous when she wore this splendid black-and-white gown by Ralph & Russo Couture. The actress certainly had that vavavoom factor with the dramatic folds on her bodice and scattered black embellishments.

Joan Smalls was one of the stars to grace the red carpet in white. She managed to look divine when she attended the premiere of Youth decked in this crop top and maxi skirt duo by Alaïa.

Also spotted at the screening of Youth was Rachel Weisz. The Prada dress featured a flirty keyhole in the bodice and it flattered the actress but we're not too fond of the silky fabric.

The two French actresses were colour-coordinated in black and white, looking equally classy and chic as they pose with Jeremie Elkaim, also in black and white.

There's no question in how impeccable Natalie Portman's sense of style is. The actress wore Lanvin on day 7 of the esteemed film festival, looking ravishing in teal green.

We did tell you there's going to be a lot of blacks and whites, didn't we? Cate Blanchett looked glam and sensual in an all-black sheath dress by Armani Privé, with a long tail and plunging neckline.

Doutzen Kroes
Another star to look stunning in black and white is the sexy Doutzen Kroes. The Dutch girl showed up in an elegant column dress by Dior, with hair combed back and luscious red lips.

Emily Blunt wore a glitzing ecru dress by Stella McCartney, looking poised with her updo and minimal accessories.

Karlie Kloss served up some legs for the cameras when she wore a Louis Vuitton dress at the 68th Cannes Film Festival. Even though Karlie looked good, we preferred her previous dresses on the carpet.

Another star who stole the spotlight on the carpet was Petra Nemcova in Zuhair Murad Couture. The sexy dress was a combination of a crepe peplum blazer with glitzing embellishments, and a silk chiffon skirt with a super high slit. What an inspiring choice!

Another day at Cannes, another day of divine beauty. You would think that by now we’re used to seeing all these celebs and their magnificent dresses, but in reality, we are still as enamoured as we were one day into the celebrated film festival.

This time, our gallery is a roundup of the most memorable looks from days 7 and 8 of Cannes 2015. We can’t decide if our favourite was Aishwarya Rai in an impressive Ralph & Russo Couture gown or Natalie Portman‘s effortless presence in a teal gown by Lanvin. Nonetheless, we’re loving the rest of the looks in our gallery, which saw a lot of blacks and whites, like Doutzen Kroes in an elegant Dior column dress and Cate Blanchett in a cleavage-baring Armani Privé gown.
