Gallery & Co.’s funky new pop-up bar is inspired by 90s bubblegum pop

Gallery & Co. is known for throwing some wonderfully themed initiatives that feature delicious food, so it’s no big surprise that this festive season, the progressive retail and F&B concept is bringing to the venue a funky new pop-up alfresco bar, Pop Bar, just in time for 2016’s end-of-year merrymaking.
With a fascinating (not to mention vibrant) menu inspired by Polynesian-Hawaiian tapas, expect a refreshing assortment of tropical cocktails and mouthwatering bar snacks that will surely turn the relaxing space into your favourite after-work haunt over at the National Gallery Singapore. We love the sound of the Salmon Poke and Pork Adobo Taco options, along with the citrusy Beverly Hills cocktail. Oh yes, they even offer colourful “poptails”, for anyone in need of a cooling popsicle fix with their drinks.
Open until January 2017, the new Pop Bar might be the very place you decide party it up at this Christmas. With great “Happiest Hour” promotions, feel-good pop tunes that will send you back in time to the 90s, and a fantastic selection of delicious bites, there is no reason why you shouldn’t indulge in a little festivity over at the alfresco space at Gallery & Co. once the sun goes down.
Pop Bar is open Thursday to Saturday, 4pm – 12am, until January 2017.
