Why we love it:
The iconic Timberland boots may not be everyone's cup of tea but it sure is for us. Whether we're wearing them out for a hike overseas or on casual days, you know when stilettos don't quite make us happy, they've always kept our feet comfy. However, there's only so much excitement a pair of light brown boots can bring us which is why limited edition shades and prints almost always catapults us to a new high.
This time, it has to do with Bee Line's next set of collaborative designs under Billionaire Boys Club for Timberland. Done exclusively for women and available in two highly recognisable but often overlooked patterns - Honeycomb and Grass - the designs clearly reflect nature as their theme. Essentially, Pharrell Williams, co-founder of Billionaire Boys Club sought inspiration from National Geographic's portrayal of bee hives and wrapped the hypnotic honey comb pattern around the boots. As for the second pair that were adorned with grass patterns, it was crafted as a show of the team's commitment to a greener society.
All in all, Timberland is not only revered for their rugged personality and durability but for their sartorial sensibilities as well, especially when it comes to working with limited edition designs and collaborations. We especially love that the prints unveil a different facet to the largely expedition-focused brand and exemplifies their ideals of style.
