The world’s sexiest colour can be one of the easiest colours to wear.

Upgrade your wardrobe with bold and bright reds. The striking colour may seem rather daunting to try on than, say navy blue or pastel pink, but red is something than every woman really should know how to pull off. In fact, if you’re looking to attract a man, one of the secrets is to wear red – studies have proven that the colour exudes a sensual vibe towards the opposite sex.

How to wear red

Red is not a hard colour to match when it comes to creating an outfit. Here are a few tips on how to wear the eye-catching colour:

Pair it with denim – Blues and reds can make a good combination. Denim jeans will definitely bring out the stunning appearance of any red blouse. Investing in a denim skirt may be your best bet – they’ll bring out the vintage aura in any luscious red top.

Match it with white – White exudes innocence, while red has a naughty connotation. By embracing both colours, you can appear very desirable. Loose-fitting white shirts can look lovely with a pair of red trousers, or with a red jacket. Sparkling gold accessories and jewellery can complement the look.

Try some footwear – A sultry pair of red pumps can turn heads and make someone look twice. Whether it be a dark oxblood maroon or a bright crimson, red shoes can look incredible with the right outfit, especially with a classic number like the little black dress.

Partner it with black – There is one colour that red will always go with, and that is black. A pair of black high-waisted trousers and a button down red shirt will create an elegant, slim silhouette. Really, anything black will go with red – just be careful not to overdo the effect or you might end up channeling your inner vampire!
