Art Residences by Armani/Casa Complex
Armani’s very first residential project in China, the 65-unit L’Art Residence, will flaunt all that luxury has to offer: a heated rooftop swimming pool, and living spaces furnished with pieces from the Armani's design collections. Fun fact: when the rooms first began going on sale in 2014, the most expensive was sold for approximately $3 million and actually featured bespoke Armani furniture.

Armani/Casa Residences (Beijing)
Located in the heart of Beijing’s Central Business District, the Armani/Casa Residences Beijing is a new clean and green luxury apartment complex designed by Chinese architect Ma Yansong. Both the interior and exterior are inspired by elements in nature. Specifically designed to be eco-friendly, Armani/Casa plans to only use natural materials for its furnishings.

The Bvlgari Hotel (Shanghai)
Opened just last year, The Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai is the sister hotel to luxurious The Bulgari Hotel Beijing. Set on a scenic riverbank and just minutes from the iconic Bund and Shanghai City Centre, The Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai includes Bvlgari’s signature Italian-designed suites, ballrooms, a fitness and the Bao Li Xuan restaurant, which serves Cantonese classics and traditional Shanghainese treats.

Karl Lagerfeld (Macau)
Alongside Versace’s Palazzo Versace Macau, Karl Lagerfeld is also set to open a 270-room hotel within the expansive Lisboa Palace Complex in the heart of Macau’s Cotai neighborhood. Some interesting quirks you can look forward to include an enormous sculpture of Lagerfeld’s pet cat "Choupette" at the entrance, and seeing Lagerfeld’s own silhouette on the room keys. The interior of the hotel will incorporate symbolic Chinese elements like the Phoenix and the peony, which are combined with European art Deco influences.

Palazzo Versace (Macau)
This list wouldn’t be complete with Macau, our favorite blingy city! Set to open in late 2018, Palazzo Versace Macau will be one of the three designer towers housed within the Grand Lisboa Palace complex, which will also include a hotel designed by Karl Lagerfeld. Consisting of 290 rooms and suites, the hotel will be part of an Sociedade de Jogos de Macau (SJM) casino and resort in the Cotai Strip and will include a Michelin-starred restaurant and a theater. The interior will be designed by the brand itself, heavily featuring dragon and chrysanthemum details!

The Bvlgari Hotel (Beijing)
Located in the heart of the exclusive Embassy District in China’s capital city, the Bvlgari Hotel Beijing is a 120-room complex complete with a bar, one of Beijing's most reputed restaurants Ristorante Niko Romito, a spa, and even a contemporary art museum. The architecture of this luxury hotel combines Western and local elements, and the living room of the Terrace Suite offers some of the best views of the city.

Versace Residences (Chengdu)
Versace first announced three years ago that they were teaming up with Chinese company Mind Group to open an upscale residential complex in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province. This project, the first of Versace’s housing ventures in China, will closely follow those of the Milano Residences in Manila, the Damac Tower in Beirut and the Damac Residences in Jeddah. Consisting of 68 floors, the building’s interior is set to be designed in a distinctly Versace aesthetic fused with the richness of traditional Chinese heritage.
