Meditation is to empty your head

As recalled by the psychiatrist Christophe André in the preface of "Meditate at work to reconcile serenity and efficiency", numerous studies have shown that meditation practices improve concentration, stability of attention, mental flexibility, creativity and decrease impulsivity etc.

They also bring benefits in terms of stress resistance. Hence, in recent years, meditation has become a very beneficial activity and is only gaining momentum. However, certain preconceptions about it still remain.
