Everyone’s favourite young starlet, Elle Fanning, wowed with her sophisticated look at last week’s Hollywood Foreign Press Association event. Decked out in a red Vivenne Westwood squiggly print dress, the 16 year-old actress proved that she may be young but her fashion taste is remarkably refined whenever the occasion calls for it.
Resembling the silhouette of a tulip, the stunning strapless dress she wore was a beautifully structured piece that accentuated Elle’s body to perfection.
Since the print was bold and the colour vibrant, we love that Elle kept everything else – hair, makeup and shoes – minimal. The sleek side-swept hair and natural-looking flush on her skin brought out her unquestionably sprightly nature. To complete the look, a berry lipstick, in a similar shade to the dress was the ideal cherry on top. Although, her discretely shimmery Louboutins didn’t escape our eyes either!
Kudos to Elle for nailing an impeccable grown-up look without a hitch!
