A new and fresh piece of French fashion has bestowed itself upon us. Let's just say Maje is definitely a brand to look out for.

Maje

Marina Bay Sands, home to some of the most luxurious, exclusive and prestigious brands in the world, has taken a new fledgling under its wing. Well, a fledging in Singapore at least.

French fashion brand Maje has made a home in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands with its first boutique in Singapore. Created in 1998 in Paris by Judith Milgrom, Maje is known for its ethnic and glam-rock style, feminine dresses, singular leather and parka jackets.

The 1,496 sq ft flagship store carries the full range of women’s Ready-To-Wear, bags and accessories including footwear and jewellery. When you step into the space, you will be enveloped in an elegant and cozy interior, perfected with the use of gold leaves and brass detailing on wood furnishings. And, in a creative step in visual merchandizing, the hanging mannequins help to bring the collections to life.

Through her designs, Judith wanted to offer a sense of quirkiness and glamour chic to an urban world that aimed at the independent woman who knows what she likes and what she wants.

Maje’s Fall/ Winter 2015 collection debuts in store, featuring a collection that is comfortable, elegant and functional. The collection boasts a more modern aesthetic with cosy sweaters, bold fringes for a timeless preppy chic look.

And even though we don't have the weather to wear some of their designs here, that's not to mean that we can't buy them all and flaunt them on our next Winter holiday!

Maje is located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Canal Level, #B2-109
