We went on an incredible culinary adventure at the gourmet food festival and came back with our top picks.

We battled the heat and the hungry hordes to embark on a culinary adventure at Savour 2015. Who could say no to so many gourmet offerings from big name restaurants and Michelin-starred chefs under one roof?

Tickets in hand, we set out to try every dish in sight, the good, the bad, and the beautifully presented. We thought those bite-sized portions wouldn't last us through dinner but those little portions turned out to be deceptively filling and by the 6th stall, we were already stuffed. We have to say, almost every dish was a winner, but there were 5 dishes that really stood out and had us wanting more!

Here are our picks of the 5 best dishes that satiated our foodie fancy. Those of you who were at Savour 2015 will probably agree with us and those who missed it, well you can check the dishes out at their respective restaurants in Singapore or wait till Savour 2016!

Now you know not to miss Savour when it hits town.
