Get ready for a culinary adventure like no other as the fourth edition of Singapore's grand gourmet festival kicks off this weekend (26-29) with its trademark mix of international and local Michelin-starred chefs, award-winning restaurants, workshops, culinary activities and international food producers. Held over 4 days, Savour 2015 ticket holders will enjoy access to a much wider range of unique culinary activities compared to previous years, making it the most exciting and widely anticipated edition to date.
Festival goers can look forward to more than 50 signature dishes by award-winning restaurants and chefs at the Gourmet Village. Some of this year's hotly anticipated items include Hong Kong 3 Michelin star chef Alvin Leung's Molecular 'Xiao Long Bao' (soup dumplings), French chef Alain Passard's now famous 'hot-cold egg' and Australian chef Mark Best's Parmesan gnocchi. On the local front, visitors can look forward to sampling the culinary masterpieces of Andre Chiang, Ryan Clift, Emmanuel Stroobant and Beppe De Vito.
