The Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo is slated to officially open in 2022, following its successful luxury hotel ventures in London, Milan, Bali, and Beijing.

With luxury hotels in London, Milan, Bali, and most recently in Beijing, Bvlgari Hotel & Resorts now has a new city it has set its sights on: Tokyo.

Yes, the Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo will officially open in 2022, occupying the 39th to 45th floors of a new skyscraper centrally located near Tokyo Station.

The hotel will consist of 98 rooms, which includes an ultra-luxurious Bvlgari Suite, and a host of iconic Bvlgari venues like the II Bar, II Ristorante, and II Cioccolato. There will also be a 1500-square metre spa promising a state-of-the-art pampering experience, a fitness center, and a 25-meter indoor pool. Like the other Bvlgari Hotels, It will be designed by renowned Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.

In addition to the hotel rooms and facilities, this new luxury tower will also house offices and other commercial spaces.

It’s safe to say it’s been an exciting few years for the hospitality arm of the iconic Italian fashion house. Just this month, it opened Hōseki, a new exclusive nine-seater restaurant in Dubai, and also has four new hotels slated to open from 2018 to 2022 in Shanghai, Moscow, Paris, and Tokyo.

If the exquisite five-star Bvlgari Hotel Beijing (often described to as an “urban resort”) is any indication, it’s safe to say the Tokyo skyline has a new crowning jewel with the Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo. For a taste of the Bvlgari aesthetic, browse our gallery above.
