Failing to stop the environmental factors which disturb the natural balance of our skin and attack it every day, Shiseido has created Ibuki, a new range of skincare products to help our skin fight the elements.

What is Ibuki?

A Japanese word meaning a ‘breath’ which generates beauty and perfection. The inner strength symbolizes the natural ability of our skin to resist disturbance agents related to our environment and to regenerate naturally.

The new skincare line Ibuki by Shiseido is intended to restore the damaged skin through giving it a  new ‘breath’: energy, hydration and  resistance against external aggressions … resulting in real radiance and freshness for perfect skin.

For whom?

Ibuki products are particularly recommended for young women between 25 and 30 years old, a generation living on ‘a hundred miles an hour’ speed. Between poor diet and lack of sleep, their skin draws on its reserves, the skin’s barrier weakens and becomes less resistant to external attacks.

The range

It consists of seven specific products developed from PhytoResist Complex which consists of plant extracts that strengthen the skin barrier, maintain the skin’s hydration levels, promote cell renewal and regularly exfoliate dead cells which dull the complexion.
