Why: The annual rally to support the Freedom to Love regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, kicks off the countdown to its seventh consecutive year at Hong Lim Park.
This year, Pink Dot would like to invite the community to reflect on the progress that has been made towards dispelling the discrimination and prejudice that face lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people, as well as the many challenges that still remain.

What Singapore Comedy Fringe Festival

Why: The 5 day event will be featuring a stellar line-up of some of the best regional and international comedic talents. Taking the stage at this ground-breaking event are some of the biggest names in standup comedy, including Harith Iskander (MAL), Peter Berner (AUS), Butch Bradley (USA), Vir Das (IND), Kumar (SG), Joanne Kam (MAL) plus rising stars from Singapore, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong and Philippines. Essentially, Singapore Comedy Fringe is a celebration of the art of stand up comedy.

Why: This month we have music from Yusuke, Aoi and Yuta from Sonido Singapura followed by special guest Vik Sohonie from New York based vintage tropical music specialists Ostinato Records.

Featured artists on the wall this month – you! For the first time, we are opening up the wall to all party-goers to collaborate with artists Soph O and SKL0 on a giant artwork.

From partying just before work starts to coming together at Pink Dot to celebrate one love for all, trust us this week is shaping up to be downright incredible.
