If our arms are more muscular than skinny, can we wear spaghetti straps? Discover our fashion tips here.

It’s better to avoid sleeveless tops

Sleeveless tops, especially those with thin straps, should be avoided when you have round arms. Same goes for the American armhole, tightened towards the shoulder. There’s nothing worse in appearing as though you have a professional swimmer‘s shoulders.  Generally, we avoid all blouses with stretchy, iridescent, shape-hugging or balloon sleeves.

Instead, create an illusion of slimmer arms with something ‘fuzzy’. The ideal is flowy and flared, batwing sleeves. Also look for the ¾ length, which visually refines the arm. These tricks also work well with large biceps.
