Also in Ralph & Russo Couture was model Erin O'Connor who was a statesque vision in her red gown with the train and dramatic bow cinched beautifully at the front. We love how she didn't overdo the accessories, but kept it simple with a matching ruby bracelet.

Eva Longoria killed it in her silver sheer Gabriela Candena mermaid gown. We love the incredible attention to detail at the sides and the studded sleeves certainly called for a closeup of their own.

Melanie Laurent brought glamour to Cannes with her shimmery sheer Zuhair Murad Couture gown. The belt cinched at the waist gives it better shape and is the only accessory needed to complete the outfit.

The Bollywood actress has been on a flamboyant streak in Cannes and on Monday she upped the ante with a feathery yellow gown by Elie Saab. We can't wait to see her next Cannes outfit!

Can't go wrong with black! The Spanish model played it safe and classy with her V cut Dior gown but her perfectly paired drop earrings and chunky bracelet and ring give dimension to the outfit.

Cate Blanchett was the belle of the ball in her multi-hued Giles ball gown. The actress wore the billowing dress with great aplomb and poise, making us believe that if anyone could make a garbage bag look sexy, she could. The 17th century salon scene print made for an interesting departure from the usual monochrome hues.

We compiled the best red carpet looks from days five and six of the prestigious film festival.

Hollywood celebrities, fashionistas and the who's who of high society have flocked to the French Riviera for the 68th edition of the Cannes International Film Festival. While we're excited to see who will go home with the prestigious Palm d'Or, we're even more thrilled about the sartorial looks from the red carpet. After all, this is one of the most glamorous film festivals and if the looks from the previous days are anything to go by, then the coming days in Cannes are sure to be a treat for the fashion savvy.

Eva Longoria went commando and stunned in her beaded sheer gown by Gabriela Cadena while Sonam Kapoor upped the va va voom factor with yet another flamboyant gown, this time a canary yellow one with feathers and poufs. Although not in a ballgown, Charlotte Casiraghi held her own with her Gucci column dress that stood out with its floral patterns and summer vibes. Also in Gucci was Salma Hayek who stole the show and bewitched the paparazzi with her regal purple gown that showed off her perfect curves.
