It’s the hue of seduction, romance and femininity… but do you know how to wear pink with style?

Whether it’s pale pink, bubblegum pink, mauve or fuschia – nothing says delicate, feminine or fun like this colour does. Pink is also associated with happiness as the famous French expression ‘La Vie on Rose’, so why not try it this season?

How to wear pink?

ASOS Stone Rectangle Doorknocker Earrings
In Accessories:

– The scarf: This is the easiest way to add some pink to your outfit without over-doing it.

– The bag: Gives instant oomph to your outfit, day and night.

– The jewellery: Brightens up any simple look! But be careful not to go into the ‘too girly’ side and focus on sophisticated styles like Art-Deco-inspired pieces for example.

– The shoes: The more daring the hue, the better!

In Clothes:

– The total look: Is ultra fashionable once you mix different shades together. Try a soft pink dress and hot pink flipflops for a relaxed vacation look.

 – The summer coat: For those freezing interiors, we love a great light coat which is bang on trend this season. Wear it with everything and without asking any questions!

– The skirt: Keep it elegant in nude or pale pink.

–  The top:  this is strangely the most difficult part to pull off because it reflects directly on your face and too much pink tends to look sappy unless you balance it well.

Most importantly, remember to choose the right pink shade for you and the perfect fit. While bright pink is flattering for blondes, pale pink works better for brunettes. Happy shopping!
