Cyril Tellinge, creator and director of natural and organic French skincare brand NOVExpert shares with us some recipes for effective, natural beauty remedies which can be made at home.

– A gourmet scrub: Mix plain yogurt with almonds (for sensitive skin) or sugar (for oily skin) and apply it to the face dampened with hot water (to open the pores). Exfoliate dead cells by using circular movements. Leave for a few minutes so the lactic acid in yogurt gets to work. Rinse with warm water, then cold water (to tighten pores).

– An ultra-nourishing conditioner: Add a spoon of olive oil in your usual shampooing.

– A tough cleanser: Boost your classic cleansing milk with olive oil to rid the skin of makeup residue (even waterproof eye mascara).

– An immediate lifting: Soak a tissue in some egg white. Tap it on your wrinkles, including crow’s feet. Wait five minutes and apply your usual skin care.

– An anti-pores serum: Moisten a tissue with fresh lemon juice. Slide it on the face (avoiding the eye area) to tighten the pores., then apply your daily care.

– The NOVExpert product for (almost) everything: Repulp cream

This anti-aging and firming cream, rich in hyaluronic acid, is used in the daily care routine of the face, but can also serve as an under-eye mask to fight against fine lines and puffiness.

Repulp cream (Novexpert, approx. USD52 for 40ml).
