Attending as a director- rather than an actress or Brad's plus one - we reckon Angie will go for modest glamour like this gorgeous Elie Saab Couture gown which has an unusual dusty tone and beautiful leaf-inspired embroidery. Classy and covered up, it'll be perfect for her.

Cate Blanchett loves taking risk on the carpet but always manages to look regal and stand out. This black velvet Valentino Couture gown will be a perfect match for her. Plus, we've never seen her in black before, so maybe this is the moment?

John Legend's gorgeous wife always kills it on the red carpet - yet never tries to outshine her beau by keeping it simple. We'd love to see her up the glamour factor one more notch this time and go for something like this show-stopping Georges Hobeika. Sexy and stunning.

The number one star to watch this year is Emma Stone who is nominated for her upporting role in Birdman. The actress has been killing it on the red carpet and staying true to her young and edgy style by wearing menswear-inspired creations. The queen of risqué-chic is back at the Academy Awards as a presenter. Knowing her penchant for sheer fabric and unusual cutout placement, we'd put her in this sexy Atelier Versace creation. Only she can make it look classy!

Jennifer Aniston has missed out on an Oscar nomination but you can count on her to bring some glamour to the red carpet. Since she's been showing a lot of cleavage this season, we think this elegant Zuhair Murad will just do the trick and unlike her previous choices, will be more on the elegant than trashy side.

As most probably she'll emerge a winner, we think Julianne Moore will go for something more dramatic this time. Our fashion hero from last season - Lupita can do no wrong in our eyes. As she has recently been experimenting wth floral prints and flowy cuts, we'd love to see her perfect the look in this Elie Saab Couture gown with 3D embroidery. She would easily pull it off!

As Marion is one of Dior's faces, we reckon that the maison will dress for the occasion. This Couture dress would suit her very well but we're not sure it will be glamorous enough for the Oscars red carpet. Will she surprise us? Will wait and see...

As the Oscars night gets nearer, the big question which is occupying our fashion-obsessed minds is: What are the celebrities going to be wearing? We bring you our fash predictions for the big night!

While movie critics are debating who should the winners in the upcoming Oscars for their roles and efforts when it comes to film, the fashion aficionados – myself included – are more concerned with those who will emerge as winners on the red carpet.

Arguably, the second most important non-fashion week fashion event (after the Met Gala that is), the Academy Awards is a chance for the hottest celebrities to show us their most glamorous looks and fashion sense as they strut down the red carpet with all eyes on them.

And despite the event itself only taking place a few days from now – Monday 23 February morning, Singapore time, to be specific – we’ve already started attempting to guess who will wear what. Our clues? The recent Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris which is known for being the first indicator on what will be trending on the anticipated night.

From Emma Stone to Julianne Moore, newcomer Felicity Jones and Keira Knightly – we bring you our predictions on what we’re most likely going to see on our favourite celebrities next week. Or more accurately – what we hope they’ll be wearing.

So, enjoy the guessing game with us and most importantly – watch this space next Monday as we bring you our best and worst dressed stars from the biggest entertainment event of the year.
