This video of skeletons isn’t anywhere near scary — it will actually bring a smile (or tears) to your face.

In a world where racial, religious and gender prejudice issues are still lurking around… non-profit organization Ad Council launched a video dubbed “Love Has No Labels” that will surely warm your heart.

Garnering close to 40 million views on YouTube in less than a week, the video shows a bunch of skeletons dancing, kissing and hugging. The video is a part of a campaign under the same title with the motto “Before anything else, we are all human. It’s time to embrace diversity. Let’s put aside labels in the name of love.”

A heterosexual couple, a lesbian couple, a girl with a disabled sister and many others stepped from behind the screen to show that indeed, love is all about diversity and inclusion. It’s worth knowing the skeletons behind the X-ray screens are real people, not actors or marionettes for a marketing firm — which just tugs on your heartstrings even more.

Who were the masterminds?

Chris Northam and Eric Jannon of R/GA, a New York-based advertising agency, were the minds behind the social stunt.

Lisa Sherman, president and CEO of Ad Council, told BuzzFeed News she hopes the video could initiate real change.“Our hope is that these kinds of videos start conversation,” Sherman said. “We’ve haven’t solved any problems with this video, we’ve just lifted the veil a little bit.”

Northam and Jannon echoed Sherman’s hopes and said, “When you see those skeletons kissing you can’t help but fill in the rest of the image,” he said. “I think that’s the strength of it, that little moment of surprise.”

In just three minutes, the touching video, and Macklemore’s heartfelt Same Love playing in the background will have you tear up. It’s worth watching if you haven’t already.
