The American actor has bowed out on Monday. We look back at the films that marked his career and the roles which made his unforgettable.
Since the announcement of his death, tributes showered on the web. Found dead Monday at his California home – in what now seems like a confirmed suicide – Robin Williams, 63, was popular among the general public as well as his peers and fellow actors. On Twitter, President Barack Obama paid tribute to the memory of the comic and many stars have obviously joined him. His daughter Zelda (Robin Williams had three children) cited a few quotes from Saint-Exupéry’s The Little Prince, while many others praised his comic genius.
