Lorde teams up with MAC for a limited edition makeup collection!

Get ready to turn up that purple pout as MAC collaborates with the ‘Royals’ hit-maker this summer.
Bursting through the music scene and snagging not just a Brit award, but two Grammys as well all in barely a year, Lorde can now add yet another accolade under her belt as she has also signed with MAC to release a limited edition make-up collection.
Admitting to being a fan of MAC ever since she was a “little kid”, Lorde even remembers “saving up to buy my (her) very first MAC lipstick [the pale pink snob] at 14″ and that she was “really excited” to work with MAC on the new range of products.
While Lorde herself is “really excited” to work with MAC, we are beyond thrilled about this latest collaboration as we can already imagine the line being dominated by purple plum lipsticks – those sultry shades have always been our soft spot. Remember that berry-hued lip colour that Lorde sported for the Grammys? She definitely claimed Royal status with that one. Dramatic yet mysterious, while being alluring and seductive simultaneously, that smokey purple shade is – without a doubt – the lipstick colour to covet this year.
