Planning a ladies’ night in? Or perhaps hosting a cocktail party by the pool and want to impress your friends with your ‘mixing’ skills? You’ve come to the right place!

Mr. Din, lead mixologist of one of Singapore’s hippest bars Bitters&Love has created 3 special Cointreau cocktails that were served for guests at the Ladies Polo match in Singapore last weekend. We tried – and loved – them so  it’s only fair to share them with the rest of you to make you look good in front of your friends.

Starting with the light and refreshing to the heavy and aromatic, make sure you accompany each drink with the complementing fruits and canapes.

Enjoy!

Cointreau Fizz – Fizz Glass

– Place 3 stalks of rosemary and some ice in the glass and build with 70ml water and 30ml of Cointreau.

– Finish the garnish with a slice of lemon zest.

(No shakers required)

* If you really want to perfect it, charge (yes, as in electricity!) the water to release CO2 to the water, which then appears as ‘gas’ in the drink. This also helps to release the rosemary aroma in the water.
