Laughing is good for the health and morale -and also a great indicator of your personality. Do not laugh, it’s true!

I often punctuate my sentences with a laugh

Are you normally very shy? For it is a fact that bursting out laughing at every turn is often a sign of a social unease. Systematic and mechanical, it is reminiscent of a child who is subjected to adult authority and therefore emphasizes an inferiority complex. Advice? Return to being spontaneous.

I hide my laugh behind my mouth

This is a common characteristic of adolescence. For shame, shyness or indecisiveness, the girls often mask their lower face when they laugh – embarrassed to show emotion – regardless of pleasant it is. You’re too old? Come on, try bursting out in laughter, what harm could come from something good?

Laugh while throwing your head back

A spontaneous, big ‘belly laugh’ – especially in women –  indicates that her personality has blossomed. You agree? Congratulations! This indicates that you are not totally dependent on the eyes of others to shape your personality. Therefore continue to give feel the joy in heart, and show it.
