From Mickey, Minnie, Snoopy or Bambi – This season sees all of our childhood characters printed on clothes and accessories. Here’s how to shop the trend.

Spring is fast on our heels and it is time to reorganize our wardrobes and bury our fall looks. For this spring, we’ll need to inject more colour and more specifically some childhood fun – as seen on the recent catwalks.

Charlotte Olympia, did a special ode to our favourite Riverdale gang of the Archie Comics. Featuring Archie, Betty, Veronica and the others, the shoes are kitschy yet offers a collector-worthy range which will be hard for our inner child to resist.

Lazy Oaf, a London-based label, has always been into what is current in pop culture and irreverent quirkiness. They’re notoriously cartoon focused. So even if you missed out on their recent Looney Tunes collection, rest assured there is definitely more cartoon frenzy coming up!

The Japanese brand, Uniqlo, is no stranger to rekindling childhood flames. From Bugs Bunny to Snoopy or Stars Wars, there’s a t-shirt with a childhood cartoon star for everyone!

Talking about t-shirts, luxury designers have similarly been latching on to the casual trend. Givenchy released a Bambi printed t-shirt whereas Red Valentino has a complete stylistic fairytale scene printed on. If these don’t sway your opinion towards cartoons and everything memorable in your childhood, then we don’t know what will.
