The most wanted skirts for Fall/Winter 2013-14

Of all the items that paraded on the runways for this season, we singled out the skirt as our favourite. Here’s why – in photos!
You thought it’s time to store away your skirts, now that the Fall/Winter season has started? Absolutely not! Forget the pants, this season is all about the skirt!
There is nothing better to immediately make us feel hyper feminine than those pencil skirts which flooded Hermès and Marc by Marc Jacobs runways. And while teaming them with heels helps lengthen the silhouette, we also loved them styled with ballerinas – as Proenza Schouler did – giving the look a more comfortable and modern twist while still looking sexy.
And of course, the inevitable highlight of the season is the leather skirt . This time, the looks is less harsh and more feminine as seen at the Mulberry show.
But our favourite of all has to be Frankie Morello‘s version. We love the apparent lining, which proves that sometimes it’s the little details that make the difference.
