5 Chocolate recipes: Chocolate Samosas with Goat’s Cheese

Preparation time: 25 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Makes 20 samosas
Ingredients:
• 10 sheets of pastry
• 1 fresh goat cheese
• Liquid honey
• 10 squares of Lindt milk chocolate
• 50g melted butter
Method:
• Separate the sheets of pastry
• For each sheet, you will need to cut two strips – 5 to 6cm wide and as long as possible
• Brush each thin strip evenly with melted butter
• Place a small piece of goat’s cheese ½ a square of chocolate and two drops of honey at the bottom of the strip
• Fold the left corner of the strip over the cheese, forming an equilateral triangle
• Take down the strip to the right and left to go back to keeping the same proportions of the triangle and squeezing the dough to prevent leaks cooking
• Paste the denier folding with butter and place the closing under the samosa
• Preheat oven to 200°C
• Bake for 10 minutes on parchment paper
• Serve hot
