We all dream of losing excess kilos quickly and without (too much) effort. But there is no way to succumb to the latest weight-loss trend. We examined in detail 17 diets that ruin our health, instead of helping us feel better.

It cannot be said enough, to lose weight and maintain it durably, it is necessary to adopt a healthy and well-balanced diet, and to take regular exercise.
